It is our goal to provide unbiased professional advice. We will disclose all operational mechanisms of each PEO we represent and the net economic impact to your client’s organization and employees. There are no upfront or hidden charges associated with our service. We believe in “full disclosure”.
On a case-by-case basis you probably will make more working with us than doing business directly with the PEO market. This is because we place a lot of business with the PEO’s we work with and they pay us more than they will an agent who only places a client with them sporadically. On cases that are Category 3 or 4 risks typically you possible will make a little less using us to find a PEO for your clients.
We complete an extensive analysis providing our brokers and their clients’ advice and information allowing them to make an informed decision about this comprehensive and complicated transaction.
The process we use limits the amount of time and energy you have to spend evaluating the various PEO’s your clients will choose from so you can focus on your real area of expertise being an insurance professional.
As professional advisors, we have positioned ourselves to help you find, evaluate and contract with the correct Professional Employer Organization for your clients. Our process is designed to identify the support services important to your clients and their employees, and help you to help them select the appropriate PEO for their unique business.
We have an understanding of the various administrative services provided by over 30 PEO’s and ASP’s.
Also we represent you and your clients not the PEO’s we work with. If you want us to carve out certain products such as supplemental benefits, health, 401k or Work Comp we follow your lead as we work for you. In this case we would secure quotes only from those PEO’s that allow this. We advise you of your options and you tell us how to proceed. We only present a proposal to your client after you are comfortable with it and have been advised of approximately how much you will compensated.
